The New Life Society provides support through multiple venues. This includes monthly education/support sessions, one-on-one support for patients and caregivers, visibility at public events such as the Heart Walk, the Liver Walk, and others. Additionally, we help to educate the community in several of our programs.

These Include :

Celebration of Life Dinner and Silent Auction Fundraiser. This year marks a departure from our traditional annual Christmas Dinner. Although a good time was always had by all, the time has come for us to be true stewards of goodwill. On December 6, 2011, NLS will be having its first annual Celebration of Life Dinner and Silent Auction to raise funds and awareness for the organ transplant community. Table sponsorships are $500, $1000, $1500, and $2000. If interested in purchasing a table please contact us at 602-277-2661. Individual ticket sales are not available at this time.

Our School Education Program, provides presentations at junior high and high schools, as well as colleges and businesses, to educate about organ transplantation and organ donation.

Our School Poster Program, provides an opportunity for 7th and 8th graders to learn about organ transplantation and also become involved in a poster contest to help promote organ donation. Many of their posters now reside in various doctor offices, clinics, hospitals and other places. This brings the word of Organ Donation out to the community.

Our Living Assistance program, works to help candidates and transplant recipients with temporary housing assistance by providing interest-free loans when feasible. We also will work to assist with medical expenses as our funding permits.
